You can download the source code from Maak's Subversion repository. If you have the Subversion client installed, you can fetch it as follows:
svn co https://svn.cs.uu.nl:12443/repos/maak/trunk
If you don't have Subversion, you can still get the most recent source code using, e.g., GNU WGet, which is installed on most Unix systems:
wget -r -np -nH https://svn.cs.uu.nl:12443/repos/maak/trunk/
