Indeed.  At least this would work for the global `all-packages.nix', the
one that's used when no `-f' option is passed.

The problem would remain when `-f' is passed, but that may be less of an
issue since we could expect that, eventually, not all NixOS users will
spend their time hacking Nixpkgs.  ;-)
