Hello, I had an idea yesterday. What if in packages having a 'pth' file, or referencing "../gtk-version" (as pygtk), we had symlinks to the proper packages needed in its store path? That would also make the store know about the dependency. Maybe that works only for the pygtk "../gtk-version" problem. I haven't tried.
