We do have DejaVu fonts and RedHat Liberation fonts and Libertine in
Nixpkgs. This means we have good LGC coverage (latin+greek+cyrillic).
For generic coverage we have JUnicode and FreeFont etc. I tried to
maximize unicode coverage at one moment, but I think that good fonts for
Far East languages can be distinguished only by a native speaker (I'd
even say native writer).
