[Nix-dev] [OT] objdump and debug info

Hello,

does anyone here know why my objdump cannot read the debug info added
by "gcc -g"? I was very used to objdump -S, and lately I can't use it.
I can't say it ever worked for me in NixOS (i686 and x86_64), and I've
seen that failing also in a recent Ubuntu.
Gdb works perfect with the debug info from "gcc -g".

I checked the binutils NEWS, and I think NixOS hasn't lost anything about that.

Any help?
