I’m no expert but my understanding is that PolyLib fills the same
purpose as PPL, so I would think that these are mutually exclusive.

Furthermore, PPL is also a direct dependency of GCC 4.4, so it may not
be a good idea to link CLooG-PPL against something other than PPL.
