The overridden gcc to use ld was insufficiently general when
rewrapping gcc.  Patched.

Unfortunately the gold trunk doesn't seem to be quite ready - I get
random segfaults from malloc in nix-store and, much more anoyingly,
grub-install (even though this is linked with the standard ld) quite
reliably hangs the kernel and corrupts some of Nixos.
