Did you miss the point that NIX_CFLAGS is not build up by mysql_config -
but that its used all over nixpkgs ?

As I said in the earlier thread I couldn't find any other package having
similar header files - so collisions are somewhat unlikely but possible.

So should we run a mysql_config in a hook then to add mysql includes to
the NIX* env vars?
