[Nix-dev] stdenv-updates rev 32167 ok for armv5tel

Hello,

I confirm that nixos built with stdenv-updates rev 32167 works fine. I've not
booted it, but in a chroot a few commands I tried work fine.

I'll proceed to testing in mips64.
