Having both pkgs/development/libraries/haskell/cabal and 
pkgs/development/libraries/haskell/Cabal causes problems on hfs 
filesystems, which aren't really case-sensitive and in particular tries 
to treat them as the same directory, causing weird svn merge conflict 
errors even on new checkouts. Would it be possible to change the 
name/location of one of these directories?
