[Nix-dev] log checker

It is on my list of things to do.

I ran a bit on the systemd branch to see how it worked out for me, but
due to time limits I haven't made the switch yet for my everyday
systems.

I guess patching logcheck itself is not that hard to have it use
journalctl instead of opening files directly.
