Hi, I synced to unstable a few minutes ago, and installed evince-2.32.0. It
compiles fine, but cannot read PDFs during runtime. (!) It says that
application/pdf format is not supported. Here is the command line output:

quote:
--------
(process:11057): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
        Using the fallback 'C' locale.
Fontconfig warning: line 26: empty font directory name ignored
GLib-GIO-Message: Using the 'memory' GSettings backend. Your settings will
not be saved or shared with other applications.

(.evince-wrapped:11057): EvinceDocument-WARNING **: libidn.so.11: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

(.evince-wrapped:11057): EvinceDocument-WARNING **: Cannot load backend
'pdfdocument' since file
'/import/c/w/cmhoward2/nixstore/zxi34rfs3hqbdi8271rbcxnnl97n1axv-evince-2.32.0/lib/evince/3/backends/libpdfdocument.so'
cannot be read.

open shared object file: No such file or directory

(.evince-wrapped:11057): EvinceDocument-WARNING **: Cannot load backend

cannot be read.
--------

This does not makes sense to me, because I can list, examine, touch, and
ldd the aforementioned libpdfdocument.so, at that exact path, without any
issues, using the same user account (same privileges) as used to run
evince. I do not know anything about that libidn library. Please advise.
