[Nix-dev] ANNOUNCE: NixOps 1.1

Hi all,

we are proud to announce the release of NixOps 1.1. This release
brings a backend for Hetzner, a German data center provider, support
for EC2 spot instances and some minor bugfixes.

Special thanks goes out to aszlig, who contributed the Hetzner backend.
