[Nix-dev] Change type of systemPackages

Hi all,

I'd like to bring some attention to
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/6272. It changes the type of
systemPackages from a list of paths to a list of packages.

As I'm unsure how much breaks because of these changes, I feel reluctant to
merge this myself.

Does anyone have a use case that breaks with this changes? Can somebody
with more knowledge about the module system merge the PR of not?
