[Nix-dev] new security possibilities?

Hi,

NixOS has a unique packaging system, with app separation and some
degree of encryption. So do you think this framework could make it
possible for a unique form of security system to be developed? Not
like relying on traditional passwords or firewalls. Something like
having a fake filesystem labyrinth that could trap a hacker and
prevent them from harming the system? Or maybe a new type of firewall?
 Have there been any ideas in this area?
