[Nix-dev] 16.09 beta released

ATI drivers do need more love, sadly we've lost https://github.com/heydojo
on such contributions.

Oliver: could you open an issue for this (or check if one already exists)
and we can take it from there.

Last release was also painful ATI-wise, we need someone to step up and
maintain those drivers (I realize
a few did already contribute to that, thank you).
