[Nix-dev] NixOS 17.03 release manager is Robin Gloster

Hi all,

I'm happy to announce Robin (https://github.com/globin) will be release
manager starting with NixOS 17.03.

He has been contributing to Nix ecosystem for over two years. I've met him
personally at mayflower NixOS meetup and I'm sure he'll take release
management to the next step.

Please congratulate him, this is huge effort for him towards NixOS
community!
