I would like to propose to create the release-14.04 branch on Friday 18th.  Then
we can test and stabilize the branch, and release a week after.  This means that
until the branch, no major potentially destabilizing changes should go into
master unless they're a 14.04 release goal (such as glibc-2.19 or updating systemd).
