[Nix-dev] Cleaning `/tmp' at boot time

Hi,

Most distributions follow the Filesystem Hierarchy Standard suggestion in this (http://www.pathname.com/fhs/).

/tmp is cleaned on system boot
/var/tmp is not cleaned on system boot

I would suggest to do to something similar.
