Hi Ambrus, your patch is now in SVN, thank you very much. While I was looking at the expression, I wondered about the optional dependency on bioconductor. It looks to me like that dependency is broken, i.e. bioconductor isn't used no matter what the 'withBioconductor' flag is set to. Am I missing something? Take care, Peter
