Originally, pythonFull was added as an option for installation in profiles. It was not
made default to avoid discussions about whether this disruptive change (a _lot_ of 
packages depend on Python) is worth it. 

Now, with the merge upcoming, we could set pythonFull as default python 
in stdenv-updates. As far as I can say, MarcWeber is for the change. I support
this proposal. 

Is there anybody who is against it? Are there any requests to do
it quickly or to delay it until something is finished?
