[Nix-dev] Persona support in Hydra

Hi,

Hydra now allows you to log in using Persona, Mozilla's single sign-on system
(https://login.persona.org/).  This means that if you have a valid email
address, you can log in.  The main reason for logging in is that you get a
personalised dashboard page, which:

* Shows all Hydra jobs of which you are the maintainer (i.e. that have a
meta.maintainers attribute that includes your email address).

* Shows "starred" jobs, that is, jobs that you have flagged in Hydra as being
interesting.  So even if you're not a maintainer of a job, you can still keep
track of its status.

The dashboard is a work in progress.  Feedback on what sort of things might be
useful in the dashboard is welcome.
