[Nix-dev] Auto upgrade

I've been running with autoUpgrade enabled for months now on 16.09. The
only issue I've run into is with virtualbox requiring the extensions pack
manually import with nix-prefetch-url, so I run nixos-rebuild manually once
in a while to get that. Not ideal, but works well enough for me.
